يسر اللجنة العلمية والتنظيمية للمؤتمر الدولي الأول للجمعية العراقية لعلم الأحياء المجهرية دعوة الباحثين والأكاديميين وطلبة الدراسات العليا والمتخصصين إلى تقديم بحوثهم العلمية للمشاركة في فعاليات المؤتمر، الذي سيعقد تحت شعار: «الاتجاهات الحديثة في علم الأحياء المجهرية ودورها في مواجهة تحديات الصحة العامة» للمدة من 21-22 تشرين الأول / 2026

يهدف المؤتمر إلى تعزيز التبادل العلمي ومناقشة أحدث التطورات والابتكارات في مجالات الأحياء المجهرية وتطبيقاتها المختلفة، والتحديات التي تواجه الصحة العامة المرتبطة بالأمراض الميكروبية، وتبادل الخبرات والتعاون العلمي والبحثي بين الباحثين والأكاديميين والمتخصصين في الجامعات والمراكز البحثية والمؤسسات الصحية.

يرحب المؤتمر بـالبحوث الأصلية والمراجعات العلمية ضمن المحاور الآتية:
The Scientific and Organizing Committee of The First International Conference of the Iraqi Society for Microbiology is pleased to invite researchers, academics, postgraduate students, and specialists to submit their scientific papers for participation in the conference activities. The conference aims to promote scientific exchange and discuss the latest developments and innovations in the fields of microbiology, biotechnology, and related medical sciences.

The conference will be held under the slogan: "Modern Trends in Microbiology and Its Role in Addressing Public Health Challenges" October 21 – 22, 2026

The conference welcomes original research articles and scientific review papers within the following themes:

ترسل جميع البحوث حصراً عبر منصة EDAS الإلكترونية. يجب إنشاء حساب مسبق على edas.info/35135.All papers must be submitted exclusively via EDAS platform. Create an account first at edas.info/35135.

التحكيم العلميPeer Review
تخضع جميع البحوث لإجراءات التحكيم العلمي من قِبل محكمين متخصصين. تُعلَن النتائج بتاريخ 1 سبتمبر 2026.All papers undergo rigorous peer review by specialized reviewers. Results will be announced September 1, 2026.

رسوم النشر والمشاركةPublication & Participation Fees
النشر: 140,000 دينار عراقي (يشمل الاستلال والتدقيق اللغوي)
شهادة المشاركة: 25,000 دينار عراقي لكل باحثPublication: 140,000 IQD (includes plagiarism check & language editing)
Certificate: 25,000 IQD per researcher

مجلة النشرPublication Journal
تُنشر البحوث المقبولة في مجلة Iraqi Journals of Bioscience & Biomedical — كلية التقنيات الأحيائية / جامعة النهرين.Accepted papers will be published in Iraqi Journals of Bioscience & Biomedical — Faculty of Biotechnology / Al-Nahrain University.
SUBMISSION CONDITIONS

شروط المشاركة Participation Conditions

ضمن اختصاص المؤتمر Within Conference Scope
يجب أن يكون البحث ضمن اختصاص المؤتمر ومحاوره العلمية الخمسة. The paper must fall within the conference scope and one of its five scientific themes.

بحث أصيل وغير منشور Original & Unpublished
يجب أن يكون البحث أصيلاً وغير منشور أو مقدَّم للنشر في مؤتمر أو مجلة أخرى. The paper must be original and not previously published or submitted to another conference or journal.

الالتزام بالقالب المعتمد Approved Template
الالتزام بـالقالب (Template) المعتمد للمؤتمر من حيث: نوع الخط، حجم الخط، وعدد الصفحات. Strictly follow the approved conference template regarding: font type, font size, and number of pages.

معلومات البحث الكاملة Complete Paper Information
يجب كتابة: عنوان البحث، أسماء الباحثين، جهة الانتساب، البريد الإلكتروني، الملخص والكلمات المفتاحية. Must include: paper title, authors' names, affiliation, email address, abstract and keywords.

التحكيم العلمي Scientific Peer Review
يخضع البحث للتقييم العلمي من قِبل محكمين مختصين، ويحق للجنة طلب التعديلات. The paper will be evaluated by specialized reviewers. The committee reserves the right to request revisions.

نسبة الاستلال المسموح بها Plagiarism Limit
الالتزام بنسبة الاستلال العلمي (Plagiarism) المسموح بها وفق معايير المجلة. Authors must comply with the acceptable plagiarism percentage as per the journal standards.

الالتزام بالموعد النهائي Submission Before Deadline
إرسال البحث قبل الموعد النهائي المحدد — 1 أغسطس 2026. Papers must be submitted before the deadline — August 1, 2026.

الحضور وإلقاء البحث Attendance & Presentation
يلتزم أحد الباحثين بحضور المؤتمر وإلقاء البحث حضورياً أو إلكترونياً. At least one author must attend the conference and present the paper in-person or online.

المسؤولية العلمية والأخلاقية Scientific & Ethical Responsibility
يتحمل الباحث المسؤولية العلمية والأخلاقية الكاملة لمحتوى البحث المقدَّم. The author bears full scientific and ethical responsibility for the content of the submitted paper.
REVIEW RESULTS

إبلاغ القبول والرفض Acceptance & Rejection Notification

تقوم اللجنة العلمية بإبلاغ الباحثين بنتائج تقييم البحوث المقدمة عبر البريد الإلكتروني المعتمد، وذلك بعد انتهاء عملية التحكيم العلمي وضمن المواعيد المحددة في الجدول الزمني للمؤتمر. The Scientific Committee will notify authors of the evaluation results for submitted papers via their registered email address, after the completion of the scientific peer review process and within the deadlines specified in the conference timeline.

قبول Accepted
البحث مقبول للنشر والعرض في المؤتمر وفق الشروط المحددة. Paper accepted for publication and presentation at the conference.

قبول بعد التعديلات Accepted with Revisions
يُقبل البحث بشرط إجراء التعديلات المطلوبة من قِبل المحكمين. Paper accepted pending required revisions by the reviewers.

رفض Rejected
البحث لا يستوفي معايير القبول المطلوبة للمؤتمر. Paper does not meet the required conference acceptance criteria.
